About the role
Join the Engineering team at Hyatt Regency Doha as a Team Leader, overseeing daily maintenance activities and driving continuous improvement of the hotel's facilities.
Key responsibilities
- Lead Engineering associates in their daily tasks to ensure effective building maintenance.
- Identify and implement efficient, cost‑effective measures for continual improvement.
- Support the advancement of the hotel’s quality system.
Required profile
- Relevant educational degree.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a focus on guest care.
- International experience in luxury hotel brands.
- Desire to learn continuously and ambition to grow.
- Ability to work under pressure and excellent English proficiency.
