Technical Account Manager – Qatar

About the role

The Technical Account Manager will act as a trusted advisor for Veeam customers in Qatar, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing optimisation of Veeam solutions. You will combine deep technical expertise with proactive project management to help clients unlock the full value of data protection, backup and monitoring technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery and consulting services to meet Veeam solution design and deliverables.
• Provide overall project guidance, including plans, schedules, communication and status updates.
• Assist with assessment, design, implementation estimation and post‑installation issue resolution.
• Create white papers, solution guides, best‑practice documentation and custom technical documents.
• Deliver onsite knowledge transfer and document configurations and activities.
• Analyse customer environments and recommend optimal Veeam configurations.
• Facilitate communication between the client and Veeam support teams.
• Identify additional customer needs that can be addressed with Veeam products.
• Contribute to process and documentation improvements.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the IT industry.
• Hands‑on experience with Veeam core products.
• Relevant certifications such as VMware VCP, Microsoft MCSE, Prince2, ITIL or PMP.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technology‑related field (or equivalent experience).
• Proven consulting and project‑management experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
