Technical Project Coordinator

About the role

Ideal Solutions is seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to drive execution of technical projects, ensure cross‑team alignment, and translate technical details into business‑focused updates.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate technical projects and cross‑departmental initiatives, monitoring milestones, deliverables, dependencies, risks and potential delays.
• Prepare and present project status reports, management dashboards and executive updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, document decisions and follow up on actions.
• Work with technical teams to track requirements, implementation progress, testing and handovers.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in technical project coordination, PMO support or software delivery.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or a related technical field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, organizational and stakeholder‑management abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
• Experience using project‑management tools such as Wrike, Jira or Microsoft Project.
• Solid understanding of software, systems integration, databases and infrastructure concepts.
