Technical Project Manager – ICT Network

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the planning, design, implementation and delivery of large‑scale ICT network infrastructure projects. The role combines strong project management capabilities with deep technical expertise in enterprise networking, telecommunications and cloud connectivity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of ICT network projects from initiation through closure, including testing and commissioning.
• Manage project scope, timelines, deliverables, dependencies and change requests while providing regular status reports.
• Coordinate multi‑disciplinary technical teams, including network architects, engineers, cybersecurity, cloud and data‑center specialists.
• Act as primary liaison between internal stakeholders, subcontractors, vendors and end customers, translating technical concepts into business language.
• Identify, assess and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with organizational policies, industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Oversee system testing, acceptance processes and operational readiness activities.
• Manage third‑party ICT vendors, monitor performance, contracts and project outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Telecommunications, Computer Science, Engineering or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).
• PMP certification required; Cisco CCNP or CCIE certification preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in ICT networks and at least 5 years in project management of network projects.
• Proven experience delivering city‑wide, multi‑site network projects and managing cross‑functional teams.
