Technical Sales Engineer - HVAC & Ventilation

About the role

CVSAIR HVAC Systems, a specialist supplier of ventilation and HVAC solutions founded in 2008, is hiring a Technical Sales Engineer in Doha, Qatar. The role is full-time and on-site, and covers identifying customer needs, proposing HVAC and ventilation solutions, preparing technical and commercial offers, and managing the sales cycle from first contact to order closure.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and operations teams to ensure accurate system design and support clients with technical inquiries.
• Provide pre- and post-sales technical assistance.
• Visit customer sites, give product presentations and build relationships with consultants, contractors and end users.
• Track opportunities in the CRM system.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity, and give feedback on products, pricing and customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, HVAC or a related technical field is highly preferred.
• Experience in HVAC, ventilation systems or building services engineering, ideally in the GCC or Middle East.
• Strong technical sales and sales engineering skills, and solid account management skills.
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications; familiarity with relevant standards and certifications is an advantage.
