Technical Senior Cybersecurity Expert

About the role

The organization is seeking a Technical Senior Cybersecurity Expert to design, deliver and continuously improve cybersecurity awareness and training programs. The role combines curriculum development, threat research and performance monitoring to raise the security posture of employees across all functions.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive cybersecurity training programs for diverse employee groups.
• Create, update and maintain cyber‑security awareness content and practical simulation exercises.
• Assess training needs, evaluate current awareness levels and tailor programs to specific roles and departments.
• Incorporate feedback, emerging threats and organizational changes to keep training material current.
• Develop realistic simulation scenarios and hands‑on exercises.
• Conduct research on new threats, technologies and best‑practice defence strategies.
• Monitor, analyse and report training metrics and development outcomes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, IT, Computer Science or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5‑10 years of experience in the cybersecurity field.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
• Relevant certifications such as CompTIA CySA+, CEH, GCIH, Security+, GSEC (preferred additional certifications include CCNA, CHFI, PenTest+, CPENT, GPEN, OSCP, CISA, CISM, CISSP).
