Telemarketing Executive (Female) – Full‑Time

About the role

Creovo Media is seeking a motivated Female Telemarketing Executive to support its business development activities in Qatar. You will be the first point of contact for prospective business clients, introducing our media services and arranging meetings for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective business clients.
• Introduce Creovo Media’s services and identify potential opportunities.
• Capture client requirements and record relevant information.
• Schedule appointments and follow up via phone and WhatsApp.
• Maintain accurate call logs, lead records, and databases.
• Coordinate with internal teams regarding prospective clients.
• Prepare regular reports on calling and follow‑up activities.
• Perform other duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer service.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent spoken English; Arabic is a plus.
• Professional demeanor when dealing with business clients.
• Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing is advantageous.
