Telesales Agent – Outbound Sales for Telecom Products

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic and results‑driven Telesales Agents to join our team in Qatar. In this full‑time position you will generate sales through outbound calls, promote telecom products and services, and ensure a high‑quality customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to assigned leads and promote mobile plans, internet packages and value‑added services.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, including leads, conversions and revenue.
• Identify customer needs, recommend suitable product bundles and upsell/cross‑sell to maximise sales.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales updates in the CRM system.
• Handle objections professionally and convert opportunities into sales.
• Adhere to call quality standards, scripts and compliance requirements.
• Stay updated on product offerings, promotions, pricing plans and market developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telesales, call‑center sales or direct sales.
• Previous experience selling telecommunications products is required.
• Strong communication, negotiation and persuasion abilities.
• Ability to work in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems and general computer applications.
