Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Functional Consultant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Temenos Payments Hub (TPH) Functional Consultant to lead workshops, analyse business requirements and deliver end‑to‑end TPH solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct workshops to understand business objectives, payment processing requirements and operational workflows.
• Gather, analyse and document business and functional requirements; perform gap analysis and recommend functional solutions.
• Design and configure end‑to‑end TPH functional solutions, including payment workflows, routing rules, queues, processing rules and business parameters.
• Set up functional configurations across Development, SIT, UAT and Production environments and support functional testing, deployment and change impact analysis.
• Define functional requirements for interfaces, APIs and third‑party integrations; support end‑to‑end payment processing, validation, enrichment, exception handling and reconciliation.
• Customize XSLT transformations, XSD schemas and queue property files to ensure compatibility with ISO 20022, SWIFT and local payment message formats.
• Prepare and maintain Functional Solution Design Documents, Business Solution Design Documents, configuration documents and knowledge‑transfer materials.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a functional consultant on Temenos Payments Hub projects.
• Strong ability to engage with business stakeholders, lead workshops and translate business needs into functional specifications.
• Solid understanding of payment processing, ISO 20022, SWIFT and related message standards.
• Experience guiding projects through the full lifecycle from design to post‑go‑live stabilization.
