You will work at the intersection of sales, engineering, and operations, collaborating across teams to deliver high‑quality bids.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender documents to understand customer requirements and scope.
• Prepare accurate, competitive quotations using cost analysis and benchmarks.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to gather technical and commercial inputs.
• Manage tender timelines to ensure on‑time, high‑quality submissions.
• Analyze bid opportunities and support bid/no‑bid decisions.
• Identify and assess risks in bids, contracts, and estimates.
• Maintain clear, compliant documentation and perform quality checks.
• Engage with customers to clarify requirements and ensure a positive experience.

Required profile

• Degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in tendering, bids, or quotation preparation within the Power Industry.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret technical and market data.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational capabilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with tendering or CRM tools.
