Ticketing and Airline Contracting Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Ticketing and Airline Contracting Executive to join our Doha office. The role combines airline ticketing operations with contract management, ensuring seamless travel experiences for our corporate and leisure clients.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight reservations, ticket issuance, reissuance, cancellations, and refunds.
• Support the Sales Team with flight inquiries, fare quotations, reservations, and ticket bookings for clients.
• Coordinate with airlines and travel partners for special fares, group bookings, and travel requirements.
• Manage airline contracting, negotiations, and maintain relationships with airline partners.
• Monitor airline promotions, fare updates, and market trends.
• Prepare and maintain airline agreements, contracts, and commercial terms.
• Ensure accurate fare loading, ticketing procedures, and compliance with airline policies.
• Assist clients with travel arrangements, baggage requests, and special travel requirements.
• Resolve booking, ticketing, and schedule‑related issues efficiently.
• Maintain proper records of bookings, contracts, and supplier communications.
• Coordinate with operations and sales teams to ensure smooth travel arrangements.
• Deliver excellent customer service.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in airline ticketing and travel operations in Doha.
• IATA certification (mandatory).
• Experience in airline contracting and fare negotiations (preferred).
• Strong negotiation, communication and professional email etiquette.
• Good understanding of airline fare structures and travel regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced travel environment.
• Proficiency in Arabic is an advantage (not mandatory).
