TIQ & Performance Representative

About the role

The TIQ & Performance Representative will act as the local custodian of the Technical, Integrity & Quality (TIQ) framework for Bureau Veritas Qatar. The role ensures that technical quality, integrity standards and operational performance are consistently applied across all business lines, supporting a superior client experience and protecting the company’s brand and assets.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the focal point for the TIQ framework, embedding technical quality and integrity standards across Qatar operations.
• Coordinate internal surveillance audits and accreditation activities, ensuring timely closure of findings and corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and integrity registers, guaranteeing data accuracy and audit‑readiness.
• Prepare and present monthly and quarterly TIQ performance reports, including KPIs, risks and opportunities.
• Collect, consolidate and analyse operational performance data to produce dashboards and KPI reports for leadership.
• Identify performance gaps, support improvement initiatives and contribute to business reviews.
• Collaborate with operations, technical and leadership teams to drive process standardisation and rollout of group initiatives.
• Provide ad‑hoc analysis and support to the TIQ Manager and local leadership as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business or a related discipline.
• 3–5 years of experience in quality, technical coordination, performance or operations support, preferably within a Testing, Inspection & Certification environment.
• Strong understanding of accreditation requirements and international quality standards.
• Proven ability to analyse data, prepare reports and communicate findings to senior stakeholders.
