Trade Licensing & Compliance Graduate Program (Qatar)

About the role

A leading organization in Qatar seeks ambitious Qatari nationals to join its Membership, Licensing & Trade team. You will work on global trade certification processes with direct exposure to government entities, customs authorities, and international stakeholders from day one.

Key responsibilities

• Support membership and licensing processes, including registration, renewals, and approvals.
• Review and verify import, export, and re‑export certification documents.
• Coordinate with customs, government bodies, and industry partners.
• Maintain accurate trade and licensing records and databases.
• Prepare reports, dashboards, and briefing notes.
• Support compliance checks and contribute to process improvement and digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Fresh graduate or early‑career professional (up to 2‑3 years of experience).
• Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business, International Relations, Law, Economics, Supply Chain, Public Administration, or a related field.
• Strong Arabic and English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, professional with high integrity and respect for confidentiality.
• Eager to learn, take ownership, and grow with the team.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
