Training Delivery Specialist

About the role
The Training Delivery Specialist will act as a key instructor for our training organisation, delivering high‑quality programmes that meet client and organisational needs. You will design, develop and facilitate both in‑person and virtual sessions across a variety of subjects.
Key responsibilities
- Design and develop engaging, standards‑aligned training materials for technical, professional, leadership and language topics.
- Conduct Training Needs Analyses (TNA) to ensure relevance and alignment with client objectives.
- Deliver in‑person and virtual training sessions, managing the full session lifecycle from preparation to post‑training review.
- Adapt delivery style to diverse learner profiles, including English‑as‑a‑second‑language participants.
- Maintain and continuously improve existing course content for accuracy and compliance.
- Develop knowledge of accreditation bodies and support accreditation application processes.
Required profile
- Strong understanding of instructional design principles, adult learning methodologies and classroom facilitation techniques.
- Flexibility and a learner‑focused approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a broader training team.
- Working knowledge of professional training standards and regional regulatory requirements.
