About the role
The Training Supervisor will lead the planning, coordination and delivery of the company’s learning initiatives. You will ensure training needs are identified each year, high‑quality solutions are sourced or created, and outcomes are measured and reported.
Key responsibilities
- Identify annual training needs across the organization.
- Design, source or develop training programmes and ensure timely delivery.
- Administer the Learning Management System and online learning platforms, maintaining accurate data.
- Measure learning effectiveness through evaluation, reporting and analytics.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external providers to align learning with business objectives.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- Professional certification such as CIPD, SHRM or equivalent is desirable.
- Certified Trainer status is an advantage.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in end‑to‑end training design and delivery.
- Proven experience implementing company‑wide learning solutions.
Required skills
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration.
- Use of online learning platforms and emerging learning technologies.
