Treasury Manager - Cash Flow, SAP and Operations

About the role

Qureos is seeking a Treasury Manager to support the Treasury Director in Lusail, Qatar. The role focuses on cash‑flow forecasting, banking relationship management, trade finance and the implementation of SAP S/4 HANA treasury modules.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, manage and report group cash‑flow forecasts to senior leadership.
• Develop and execute cash‑management strategies to optimise liquidity and minimise borrowing costs.
• Lead the implementation, integration and reporting of all treasury modules in SAP S/4 HANA.
• Negotiate and maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions, overseeing account structures and banking services.
• Manage the group’s trade finance book, including advance payments, performance and retention bonds.
• Oversee security instruments such as guarantees, cheques and collateral linked to loan facilities.
• Design and enforce treasury policies, procedures and controls to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Mentor and train junior team members within the treasury function.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 years of experience in a tier‑1 bank or large corporation, preferably with GCC exposure.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or Economics; MBA, CFA, CMA, ACA or ACCA required.
• Proven track record in managing banking relationships, negotiating services and optimising account structures.
• Strong knowledge of KYC and AML requirements for treasury operations.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4 HANA treasury implementation and reporting.
