TS Controller – Messaging & Collaboration

About the role

You will manage the day‑to‑day operation and administration of the unified collaboration platform for Qatar Airways Group. The role covers both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments, ensuring reliable, secure communication services for the airline.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and administer Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power Platform) and Google Workspace in native and hybrid configurations.
• Provide 24 × 7 L2/L3 technical and functional support, handling incidents, requests, and problem management.
• Maintain system security, availability, performance, and interoperability.
• Automate routine tasks to improve system management and uptime.
• Manage data protection, disaster‑recovery procedures, and keep documentation up to date.
• Perform capacity monitoring and plan hardware/software upgrades.
• Oversee lifecycle management, including timely upgrades and replacements.
• Offer technical consultation to peers, other technical teams, and application support groups.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and configuration guides.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science or related field.
• At least 10 years of IT experience, with 5 years hands‑on in Microsoft Exchange, Teams, SharePoint and Power Platform in hybrid environments.
• Self‑motivated professional with strong communication and problem‑solving abilities, able to work in a fast‑paced, 24 × 7 environment.
