University Internship – Hotel Management (MEA)

About the role

This internship allows university students to build on their classroom studies by experiencing day‑to‑day hotel operations within Marriott’s global network. You will be immersed in Marriott’s culture, learn how a hotel functions from the ground up, and explore a career path in the travel and hospitality industry.

Key responsibilities

• Assist various hotel departments such as front desk, housekeeping, and food & beverage to understand core operations.
• Support guest service initiatives and contribute to delivering exceptional experiences.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions to gain insight into hotel management practices.
• Complete assigned projects that provide hands‑on exposure to hotel business processes.

Required profile

• Current college or university student pursuing a degree related to hospitality, business, or a similar field.
• Strong interest in the hotel industry and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work on‑site in Doha, Qatar for the duration of the internship.
