User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager

About the role

Binance is looking for an experienced User Growth & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to manage and collaborate with teams and oversee global lifecycle marketing campaigns. The role requires a strong understanding of product and campaign operations such as AB testing, funnel analysis and lifecycle strategies, and involves giving campaign ideas and guidance to team members.

Key responsibilities

• Optimize the new user onboarding process through product iterations, personalized campaigns and targeted engagement to improve activation and first-time transaction conversion.
• Build a user lifecycle management system and segmentation framework, and boost repeat purchases through membership programs, point systems, gamification and cross-selling.
• Design and optimize referral and viral growth mechanisms to drive organic growth.
• Lead A/B testing and user segmentation strategies to refine operations and allocate resources optimally.
• Collaborate with teams across the organization to execute lifecycle campaigns smoothly.
• Use data analysis to uncover business insights and develop data-driven solutions.
• Stay informed on each Business Unit's products, features, user preferences and pain points.

Required profile

• Proven track record of growth from zero to one or one to a thousand users, with results in retention, conversion and repeat purchase.
• Over 5 years of experience in the internet industry, with more than 3 years in senior user growth roles in transaction-based sectors such as e-commerce or fintech.
• Experience leading growth projects, operations or campaigns with a systematic framework and methodology.
• Bilingual English/Arabic to coordinate with partners and stakeholders in the MENA region.

Required skills

• In-depth knowledge of AB testing, funnel analysis and custom operational strategies.
• Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and tools.
• Strong data-driven thinking, including setting up and improving data monitoring and analysis systems for user operations.
