About the role

As a Villa Host at Hilton Salwa you will be the first point of contact for guests, turning inquiries into memorable stays. You will work closely with the hotel team to ensure every reservation is handled with care and professionalism, creating the warm hospitality experience Hilton is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly and professionally to guest and team inquiries.
• Secure individual bookings and convert inquiries into confirmed reservations.
• Record and process all reservations with a high level of accuracy.
• Use proactive selling techniques to promote hotel services, upgrades, and maximize room sales.
• Support sales efforts by responding to sales inquiries and identifying potential leads for future business.
