Waiter / Waitress – Food & Beverage Service

About the role

We are seeking dynamic, self‑motivated Food & Beverage professionals to join our team at Sedra Arjaan by Rotana in Doha. As a Waiter/Waitress you will deliver professional, personalized service that creates memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, seat, and serve guests in a courteous and discreet manner.
• Maintain in‑depth knowledge of the menu to advise and upsell guests.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, ensuring standards are met.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
• Maintain hygiene, cleanliness, and proper upkeep of service equipment.
• Prepare service stations (mise‑en‑place) before, during, and after service.
• Minimise waste, breakage, and spoilage.
• Apply upselling techniques to increase revenue.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in hospitality or vocational training in food & beverage.
• Previous experience as a waiter/waitress in a high‑volume restaurant.
• Strong command of English.
• Excellent guest service and interpersonal abilities.
