Waiter / Waitress – Hotel Dining Service

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and attentive Waiter/Waitress to join the front‑of‑house team at Alwadi Hotel Doha. In this role you will enhance the dining experience for our guests by delivering prompt, courteous service in a vibrant hotel environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests, present menus and answer questions about dishes and beverages.
• Take orders, serve meals and drinks, and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials and dietary information.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to guarantee order accuracy and prompt service.
• Uphold hotel food‑and‑beverage standards and health‑safety procedures.
• Handle multiple front‑of‑house tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced setting.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably in a hotel or similar hospitality setting.
• Ability to read, write and speak the primary language(s) used on site.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional appearance in line with hotel standards.
• Computer literacy is an advantage.

Required skills

• Computer literacy (basic POS and office applications).
