Waiter/Waitress – Luxury Hospitality in Doha

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and professional Waiter/Waitress to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. You will deliver high‑quality food and beverage service, ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast‑paced, upscale restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with a warm, professional demeanor.
• Present menus, explain food and beverage options, and take accurate orders.
• Serve dishes and drinks efficiently according to service standards.
• Maintain clean, properly set tables and monitor guest needs throughout the dining experience.
• Handle guest requests, feedback and complaints professionally.
• Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure timely service.
• Process bills and payments accurately using POS systems.
• Upsell food and beverage items where appropriate.
• Assist with opening, closing and daily restaurant operations.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience as a waiter, waitress or similar hospitality role.
• Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Strong English communication skills and customer‑service orientation.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
• Team player with attention to detail and ability to handle fast‑paced environment.
