About the role

Join the Butterly Room and Shisha Lounge team at Rosewood Doha as a Waitstaff member. You will be the face of the restaurant, delivering the brand promise and ensuring every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience.

Key responsibilities

• Provide attentive, high‑quality service to all guests, consistently meeting Rosewood’s standards.
• Resolve guest and associate complaints quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain positive interactions and strong working relationships with guests and team members.
• Follow all hotel policies, including fire, hygiene, health, and safety regulations.

• Demonstrates responsible behavior at all times and represents the restaurant and Rosewood Hotels & Resorts positively.
• Shows a commitment to delivering the brand promise and exceptional guest service.
• Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor.
