Warehouse Site Selection Manager

About the role

Keemart is expanding its overseas retail footprint and seeks a Warehouse Site Selection Manager to lead the identification and acquisition of optimal warehouse locations across the GCC region. The role combines market research, on‑site evaluation, and cross‑functional collaboration to build a logistics network that supports rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct in‑depth research on industrial real‑estate markets in GCC countries and deliver actionable site‑selection insights.
• Lead on‑site visits and due‑diligence for shortlisted locations, evaluating infrastructure, land‑use planning, and operational feasibility.
• Negotiate lease terms, land‑acquisition options, and partnership models with developers and government authorities.
• Collaborate with operations, transportation, finance and other internal teams to align site decisions with the overall logistics strategy.
• Monitor policy, regulatory and economic developments in the GCC and assess their impact on site selection.
• Manage the full project timeline from initial screening to final delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse/logistics site selection, commercial real estate or supply‑chain network planning, preferably in the Middle East.
• Strong data‑analysis capabilities and experience building site‑selection scoring models.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills; fluency in English preferred.
