Welding Supervisor

About the role

The Welding Supervisor will lead a team of technicians to ensure that workshop maintenance activities are executed on schedule, supporting major turnarounds and routine upkeep. This position coordinates manpower, spares, and logistics to maintain optimal operating conditions while complying with health, safety, and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate workshop activities during turnarounds in collaboration with the Turnaround and Planning sections.
• Arrange required manpower, spares, and materials, ensuring timely availability.
• Generate weekly maintenance reports and track progress against planned work.
• Maintain accurate records for work orders, time entry, and historical data.
• Act as the technical reference point for the team, providing guidance and troubleshooting.
• Prepare risk analyses, environmental assessments, and management reports.
• Utilize the ERP maintenance management system to monitor and control work execution.

Required profile

• Proven experience supervising welding and maintenance teams in an industrial setting.
• Strong understanding of workshop planning, material management, and turnaround coordination.
• Ability to produce clear reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Familiarity with occupational health, safety, and environmental procedures.
