About the role
The Workshop Supervisor will lead daily workshop activities, coordinating technicians, mechanics and fabricators to ensure high‑quality maintenance, repair and fabrication work.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and assign jobs to workshop staff and monitor progress.
- Inspect completed work for compliance with technical specifications and company standards.
- Maintain records of repairs, spare parts and equipment usage.
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and safe operation of workshop equipment.
- Identify mechanical problems and coordinate corrective actions.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mechanical maintenance or related fields.
- Ability to train, guide and supervise workshop personnel to improve productivity and quality.
