Account Manager

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Account Manager to manage and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners in Qatar. You will be the main point of contact, helping partners optimise their presence on the platform, increase sales and maintain high satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners, ensuring retention through proactive communication and support.
• Analyse sales, operational and engagement data to provide data‑driven recommendations on menu performance, pricing, promotions and delivery logistics.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell services, suggest cross‑promotions and coordinate marketing campaigns to boost order volume.
• Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Logistics and Operations to resolve partner issues and ensure smooth onboarding and campaign execution.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements, ensuring compliance with service‑level agreements and operational standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Success, preferably in food‑tech, FMCG or e‑commerce.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with data dashboards and generate insights.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills with a customer‑first attitude.
• Self‑starter capable of working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
