About the role

Key responsibilities
- Address customer concerns promptly, escalating to the Store Manager when necessary.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through upselling and cross‑selling while maintaining product knowledge.
- Maintain store standards including cleanliness, tidiness, and stock replenishment.
- Comply with security policies to minimize stock loss and support advanced selling techniques.
Required profile
- High School Certificate.
- 1‑2 years of industry experience in retail or sales.
- Good communication skills.
- Excellent customer service orientation.
