Accounts Payable Supervisor – Luxury Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Supervisor to join the finance team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. The role ensures supplier invoices are processed accurately, on time and in line with hotel financial procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, verify and process supplier invoices, matching them with purchase orders and receiving documents.
• Obtain required approvals and record invoices and payments in the accounting system.
• Reconcile supplier statements, resolve discrepancies and prepare payment schedules.
• Maintain organized AP records and support month‑end closing, accruals and reconciliations.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Receiving, Cost Control and other departments, and assist internal and external audits.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Previous experience in Accounts Payable, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
• Strong attention to detail, numerical accuracy and ability to meet deadlines.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with accounting software.
