Agentic AI Engineer

About the role

The Agentic AI Engineer will rapidly prototype AI applications, copilots, and agentic workflows, building reusable AI skill libraries and orchestration components. Working closely with subject‑matter experts and business stakeholders, you will translate ambiguous challenges into scalable, AI‑enabled solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Rapidly prototype AI applications, copilots, and agentic workflows.
• Build reusable AI skill libraries and orchestration components.
• Collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders to capture operational knowledge.
• Translate ambiguous business challenges into scalable AI‑enabled workflows.
• Develop reusable prompts, workflows, and AI capabilities.
• Construct lightweight AI frameworks and modular architectures.
• Integrate AI workflows with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI agent frameworks and tooling.
• Operate effectively in fast‑paced, evolving environments with minimal oversight.

Required profile

• Strong hands‑on experience building AI agents and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to work independently in ambiguous environments.
• Experience with rapid AI prototyping and MVP development.
