Agentic Operator Internship - Product Building

About the role

Utopia Studio is an AI-native venture builder for the Global South that partners with founders and co-builds their ventures from idea to spin-out, covering product, design, engineering and GTM. This internship sits inside its Product, Engineering & Design team, within the Product Building track. You will work across Product Strategy, Build Frameworks, AI engineering, Design and User Discovery, developing prototypes every day with AI agents and automations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop prototypes every day inside the Utopia Studio product.
• Shape product strategy and the frameworks used to build.
• Build with AI: agents, automations and working features.
• Design and test flows, and run user discovery to learn what people need.
• Own deliverables, not tasks, and ship things that get used.

Required profile

• You have built something with AI, even if it is scrappy.
• You think in specifics, not generalities.
• You move without waiting to be told and can hold multiple things at once.
• You care about the details.
• No specific background or degree required; what matters is what you can build.

What we offer

• Full-time, part-time or volunteer engagement.
• Salary upon discussion.
• Hybrid arrangement, based in Doha.
• Interview process: a chat with Haajar, a technical test, then a final chat with the team.
