AI Project/Program Manager (Arabic Speaking)

About the role

Dell Technologies is hiring an AI Project/Program Manager, an Arabic-speaking candidate, for a remote position. The role acts as the bridge between what is sold and what is delivered for customers, overseeing end-to-end deployment projects such as large-scale GPU and network rack installations in customer data centers, keeping them on time, on budget and aligned to contracted outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Travel regularly to customer data center sites to lead deployment activities, including GPU, network and compute rack installations.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and stay hands-on with daily workflows, shift activities and site readiness.
• Serve as the customer's trusted advisor and primary onsite point of contact for deployment status, risk escalation and issue resolution.
• Manage scope proactively, identifying out-of-scope requests and facilitating formal change requests with customer approval.
• Use predictive risk insights to spot early warnings such as schedule slippage, resource gaps or vendor delays and act early.
• Identify expansion opportunities and provide daily and shift-level reporting to program leadership.
• Improve delivery methods through change, emerging technologies and AI-driven tools.

Required profile

• 10-12 years of experience in project or program management in technology services, IT infrastructure deployment or data center operations.
• Proven track record of delivering complex, customer-facing deployment projects.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management, able to lead onsite and advise technical teams, vendors, contractors and customer executives.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams, balancing scope, schedule, cost and quality.

Required skills

• Desirable: Microsoft Project and related scheduling tools.
• Desirable: knowledge of AI data center networking technologies such as InfiniBand, NVIDIA NV Link and 400G/800G Ethernet.
• Desirable: reading construction documents, familiarity with OSHA standards or willingness to obtain OSHA 30 certification.
