AI Transformation Advisor - Qatar Market

About the role

Sulava MEA, the first AI-native Microsoft Partner in the region, is looking for an AI Transformation Advisor for the Qatar market. The role leads end-to-end AI adoption and transformation programs for customers in Qatar and across the Middle East, combining AI strategy, change management, adoption and program delivery. It works directly with customer leadership and teams to turn AI into measurable business impact, with hands-on delivery in training, change management, use-case discovery and agentic solution building.

Key responsibilities

• Lead AI transformation programs end-to-end, from strategy to execution
• Engage senior stakeholders to define AI vision and roadmap
• Drive Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption through workshops, training and real use cases
• Design and deliver innovation workshops, executive briefings and adoption programs
• Translate business needs into practical AI use cases and agent opportunities
• Demonstrate and build simple AI agents to show tangible business value
• Manage adoption programs, including planning, tracking, KPIs and outcomes
• Drive change management initiatives for sustainable adoption at scale
• Communicate across business and technical audiences and collaborate with architects, engineers and engagement teams

Required profile

• Proven experience in AI, digital or modern work transformation
• Strong program management skills, with experience delivering multi-phase transformation programs
• Experience in change management (e.g. ADKAR or similar)
• Strong communication, storytelling and stakeholder management skills
• Understanding of the Microsoft ecosystem and cloud technologies
• Experience with enterprise customers; knowledge of the Qatar market is an advantage
• Professional fluency in Arabic is required
