Aircraft Maintenance Engineer – Airbus Helicopters

About the role

SEGULA Technologies is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to work on Airbus Helicopters/Eurocopter types. You will be fully responsible for all signed and stamped maintenance work, ensuring compliance with OEM documentation, SACAA regulations and CAR 145 standards while supporting junior colleagues.

Key responsibilities

• Execute maintenance and assembly tasks to the highest standards, following OEM manuals, internal procedures and relevant airworthiness regulations.
• Verify spare parts and consumables for correct documentation, damage‑free condition and valid expiry dates before use.
• Maintain complete traceability of work‑packs, spares, defects, tools and time‑keeping.
• Perform and certify duplicate inspections where required.
• Coordinate with Stores, Planning and MRO managers on spares, job progress and issues.
• Tag, report and control unserviceable tools; ensure tooling is calibrated and properly inventoried.
• Uphold a clean, organised workspace in line with 5S principles and ensure safe packing of shipped items, including hazardous goods.
• Supervise non‑licensed personnel, promote professionalism and complete daily time‑sheets or electronic job cards.

Required profile

• Proven experience on Airbus Helicopters or Eurocopter aircraft types.
• Valid aircraft maintenance licence and ability to work under CAR 145, SACAA CAR/CATS and ISO‑aligned quality standards.
• Strong safety mindset with a record of accurate incident reporting.
• Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff.
