Aircraft Mechanic – Cabin Base

About the role

As an Aircraft Mechanic in the Cabin Base (Heavy/Light) you will perform maintenance tasks in line with approved technical data, QR standards and safety procedures. You will ensure cabin defects are rectified to maintain the 5‑star standard of the QTR fleet.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver aircraft maintenance services supporting operational requirements.
• Conduct tests, inspections and evaluations of cabin components, engines and systems.
• Examine structures for cracks, leaks or damage and perform repairs, replacements and rebuilds of wings, fuselage, rigging and hydraulic units.
• Modify aircraft structures and systems following drawings, engineering orders and technical publications.
• Read and interpret aircraft maintenance manuals to determine repair methods and implement technical solutions for line‑maintenance issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of relevant experience in aircraft or heavy cabin maintenance.
• Knowledge of Heavy Cabin and In‑Flight Entertainment (IFE) maintenance fundamentals.
• Ability to work safely under time constraints and in a multicultural environment.
• Willingness to take on additional responsibilities as required.
