Aircraft Mechanic (UC-35)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Aircraft Mechanic to maintain and support the UC‑35 Cessna Citation fleet at our Al Khor facility. You will be responsible for ensuring aircraft are safe, airworthy, and ready for launch and recovery operations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational checks on repaired or modified systems and ensure compliance with federal aviation regulations, OEM manuals, and technical orders.
• Repair and replace aircraft structures (wings, fuselage) and functional components such as rigging, control surfaces, plumbing, and hydraulic units.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in landing gear, anti‑icing, pneudraulic, engines, APU, ventilation, and heating systems using diagnostic test equipment.
• Disassemble, inspect, repair, and re‑assemble engines; conduct engine runs and detect oil leaks, turbine blade cracks, and other defects.
• Service aircraft line stations, perform tasks like flushing crankcases, cleaning screens, greasing moving parts, and checking brakes.
• Read and interpret maintenance manuals, service bulletins, and technical specifications to determine repair methods.

Required profile

• Minimum 36 months of hands‑on experience in aviation maintenance.
• Knowledge of aircraft sub‑systems, maintenance parameters, and technical orders.
• Ability to become qualified for engine runs on the assigned aircraft type.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills across all organization levels.
