About the role
The University of Doha for Science and Technology seeks an Application Specialist to configure, maintain and troubleshoot its ERP modules, supporting Campus Solutions, HCM and Finance functions.
Key responsibilities
- Configure, maintain and troubleshoot functional modules of Campus Solutions/HCM/Finance within the ERP system.
- Analyze business requirements, design, test and document data processing solutions.
- Develop procedures to ensure ERP system and database integrity and assign appropriate user access.
- Lead project plans for ERP functional support tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Troubleshoot application and database issues, coordinating with business, technical staff and vendors.
- Prepare reports, monitor compliance with ITIL standards and deliver training materials.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant IT experience.
- Fluency in written and spoken English; Arabic preferred.
Required skills
- ERP systems (Campus Solutions, HCM, Finance modules).
- ITIL standards and best practices.
