Arabic‑Speaking Receptionist

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our front‑desk team at the Radisson Hotel in Doha. The role involves welcoming guests, handling registrations and providing exceptional service in a 5‑star environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet, register and assist guests promptly, ensuring a smooth check‑in and check‑out process.
• Handle guest requests, special arrangements and VIP needs with professionalism.
• Provide accurate information on hotel facilities, outlets, promotions and local attractions.
• Maintain guest confidentiality and data‑privacy while processing payments and reservations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment.
• Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• Professional appearance, strong grooming standards and a polished demeanor.
• Ability to work calmly under pressure and as part of a multicultural team.
