Arabic‑Speaking Recruiter for Construction Sector

About the role
The company in Lusail, Qatar seeks an experienced Arabic‑speaking Recruiter to lead a six‑month assignment in the construction sector. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both technical and non‑technical construction positions.
Key responsibilities
- Source, screen and shortlist candidates for construction roles, including skilled workers and professional staff.
- Coordinate interviews, manage the recruitment pipeline and produce regular reporting for hiring managers.
- Handle end‑to‑end recruitment processes, from job posting to offer negotiation, ensuring compliance with local labour regulations.
Required profile
- Minimum five years of recruitment experience within Qatar’s construction industry.
- Fluent Arabic speaker – mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of the Qatar recruitment market and existing local candidate pool.
- Proven experience recruiting technical staff, construction professionals and skilled workers.
- Excellent sourcing, screening and communication skills; candidates currently residing in Qatar are preferred.
