Arabic‑Speaking Recruiter – Talent Sourcing Specialist

About the role

We are a fast‑growing talent solutions provider seeking an Arabic‑Speaking Recruiter to lead candidate sourcing across Arabic‑speaking markets. The role focuses on identifying, attracting, and engaging high‑quality talent, with limited involvement in onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search and innovative techniques.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Conduct initial screening interviews in Arabic and English.
• Partner with hiring managers to define sourcing requirements and target profiles.
• Utilise advanced sourcing strategies to engage passive candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in ATS and other recruitment platforms.
• Track sourcing metrics and produce regular reports.
• Support employer branding through proactive talent outreach.

Required profile

• 7+ years of recruitment experience with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
