Arabic‑Speaking Telephone Operator – Hotel Reservations

About the role

As an Arabic‑speaking Telephone Operator in our hotel, you will be the first point of contact for guests and staff, ensuring smooth communication and delivering the warm hospitality Hilton is known for. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, provide information, and support the reservations team while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Key responsibilities

• Answer and route calls from external guests and internal hotel departments.
• Verify guest names and room numbers for all internal calls.
• Provide directions, information and assistance to guests as needed.
• Open, update and close service tickets based on guest or staff requests.
• Handle urgent matters and emergencies, coordinate with management and security, and document incidents accurately.
• Operate the hotel’s fax machine and computer‑based reservation system to send receipts and request technical support.
• Communicate clearly in Arabic and English, using proper grammar and spelling.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic speaking and writing skills, with good English proficiency.
• Strong commitment to hospitality values such as integrity, teamwork and ownership.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and respond promptly to guest needs.
