Architect Draftsman – Design & Drafting Specialist

About the role

The Architect Draftsman / Designer will translate creative concepts into accurate architectural and interior design solutions for residential, commercial and fit‑out projects in Qatar. Working closely with architects, engineers and project teams, you will ensure designs meet technical, regulatory and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare architectural drawings including floor plans, elevations and detailed layouts.
• Develop 2D and 3D design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
• Produce interior fit‑out and shop drawings with comprehensive detailing.
• Coordinate with engineers, consultants and project teams throughout project execution.
• Revise and update drawings based on client feedback and project changes.
• Ensure all design documentation complies with Qatar construction standards and project specifications.
• Support design presentations, space planning and material selection.
• Conduct site visits for measurements and on‑site coordination as needed.
• Maintain organized and up‑to‑date project documentation and drawing records.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting or a related field.
• Proven experience as an Architect Draftsman / Designer in Qatar or the GCC region.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight project deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
