About the role
We are seeking an Assistant Banquet Manager to support our Ladies Wedding operations at The Ritz‑Carlton, Doha. In this role you will help ensure flawless execution of wedding banquets, delivering the luxury experience our guests expect.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate banquet staff to work together as a cohesive team.
- Inspect staff grooming and attire, addressing any deficiencies promptly.
- Communicate effectively with guests, colleagues and other departments to ensure smooth service.
Required profile
- Passionate about delivering high‑end hospitality experiences.
- Strong team‑orientation and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills.
