Assistant Housekeeping Manager – Training

About the role

We are seeking an Assistant Housekeeping Manager – Training to join the luxury hospitality team at Raffles & Fairmont Doha. In this role you will support the development, coordination and delivery of housekeeping training programmes, ensuring that our team delivers the exceptional service standards expected by our distinguished brands.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in designing and updating training curricula for housekeeping staff.
• Coordinate training schedules, resources and venues across both Raffles Doha and Fairmont Doha properties.
• Deliver classroom and on‑the‑job training sessions, demonstrating best practices in cleaning, room presentation and guest service.
• Monitor trainee progress, provide feedback and recommend further development actions.
• Support the Housekeeping Manager in maintaining brand standards, audit compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in housekeeping operations within a luxury hotel environment.
• Demonstrated ability to train, coach and develop team members.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high‑quality guest experiences.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross‑functional teams.
