About the role

We invite you to join the world of luxury hospitality at Raffles & Fairmont Doha as our new Assistant Hygiene Manager. In this position you will support the planning, supervision and implementation of hygiene and sanitation programmes across the hotel, ensuring a safe and clean environment for guests and employees.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in planning, supervision, and implementation of hygiene and sanitation programmes throughout the hotel.
• Conduct inspections to verify that cleanliness standards are consistently met.
• Monitor cleaning procedures and ensure proper implementation of cleaning schedules.
• Train staff on hygiene practices and sanitation protocols.
• Maintain hygiene records and support internal and external audits.
