About the role
As an Assistant Operations professional you will support the day‑to‑day activities of HSBC's Fund Service (FS) and Global Custody (GC) businesses. This part‑time position is open to Qatari nationals and offers the chance to work within a leading global bank while developing operational expertise.
Key responsibilities
- Handle all daily operations related to FS and GC services.
- Maintain awareness of Group Compliance Policy and operational risk frameworks.
- Deliver the highest standard of service to FS and GC clients.
- Ensure processes are standardized and consistently applied.
- Comply with Group Audit and internal control standards.
Required profile
- Strong written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to multitask with minimal supervision.
- Excellent time‑management and task‑prioritisation.
- Self‑motivated, enthusiastic and quick to learn.
- University degree.
