Associate Digital Solutions Engineer

About the role

The Associate Digital Solutions Engineer will play a pivotal role in designing, building, and deploying innovative web applications and system integrations that drive our digital transformation roadmap. You will work across the full stack to turn complex business process maps into efficient, scalable software.

Key responsibilities

• Full‑Stack Development: design, develop and maintain internal web applications and micro‑services with responsive user interfaces.
• System Integration: roll out new business systems and build robust integrations (REST/GraphQL, webhooks) to connect disparate platforms.
• Process Automation: transform manual workflows into automated solutions using Google Apps Script and other tools to boost operational efficiency.
• Quality & Support: provide Level‑2 support for in‑house applications, troubleshoot technical blockers and ensure deployments meet security and performance standards.

Required profile

• 2+ years of hands‑on full‑stack development experience (including academic projects or internships).
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
