About the role
Oliver Wyman is seeking an Associate to join its Government and Public Institutions practice in Doha. You will work on strategic projects for public‑sector clients, helping them solve complex problems and shape policy initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Break down complex problems into discrete tasks and guide junior consultants.
- Plan and execute analyses, identify core issues, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with clients and project team members to advance project work.
- Lead small teams, ensuring efficient problem‑solving from hypothesis generation to solution convergence.
- Provide unique insights in the chosen subject area and ensure recommendations are practical and cohesive.
Required profile
- Experienced professional with strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
- Interest in public‑sector strategy, governance, and economic development.
