Associate - Investments

About the role

We are seeking an Associate – Investments to support the investment team in managing the portfolio, conducting analysis of existing and potential investments, and ensuring accurate performance reporting. The role bridges internal accounting operations with external market intelligence to keep the portfolio aligned with strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing the investment portfolio and monitoring performance against benchmarks.
• Perform financial analysis of current holdings and prospective investment opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver regular performance reports for internal stakeholders and auditors.
• Reconcile investment transactions with accounting books and ensure timely updates.
• Support annual and recurring audit reviews by providing required documentation.
• Collect market data from Reuters and Bloomberg, conduct research, and generate insights on market trends.
• Place trading orders when the Investment Manager is unavailable, ensuring compliance with internal procedures.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and high level of accountability.
• Ability to follow established safety and compliance procedures.
• Effective communication skills for internal and external coordination.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Bloomberg Terminal.
• Experience using Reuters market data services.
